BD Bajy Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

1General Terms

By accessing and using the BD Bajy website and platform, you are giving your full consent to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using BD Bajy.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between BD Bajy and each user of the platform. BD Bajy reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such changes will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms.

BD Bajy's services are available to users of legal age (18+) only. Minors are strictly prohibited from using this platform. If underage use is detected, the account will be immediately closed and all balances may be forfeited.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on BD Bajy, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and kept up to date.
• Each person may only operate one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.
• Only one account may be opened per household or IP address.
• A valid national ID or passport number must be provided.

BD Bajy may request additional documentation for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

All financial transactions on BD Bajy are conducted in a secure and transparent manner. Please adhere to the following rules:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT.
• Withdrawals may take up to 24 hours, but are typically completed within 15–30 minutes.
• Only registered and verified payment methods may be used.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

BD Bajy currently accepts payments via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Any new payment methods will be announced on the platform.

4Bonuses & Promotional Offers

BD Bajy's bonuses and promotional offers are provided subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement, which typically ranges from 10x to 30x.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements may also apply to winnings generated from bonuses.
• Claiming the same bonus more than once is strictly prohibited.
• Each bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• BD Bajy reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

If bonus abuse is identified, BD Bajy reserves the right to forfeit the bonuses and any winnings derived from them on the account in question.

5Gaming Rules & Fairness

All games on BD Bajy are operated in accordance with international standards. Game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator), which is fully impartial and verifiable.

• Each game has its own rules, which are detailed within the game itself.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, BD Bajy reserves the right to determine the outcome, and that decision will be considered final.
• BD Bajy is not liable for any losses resulting from internet disconnection.
• The use of automated software or bots during gameplay is strictly prohibited.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BD Bajy and may result in permanent account suspension:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with a false identity or fraudulent information.
• Any form of fraud or manipulation.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Playing games using automated bots or software.
• Misuse of the bonus system or any attempt to hack it.
• Abusive behavior toward other users.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

7Account Closure & Suspension

BD Bajy may suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Suspicious transaction activity.
• Extended account inactivity (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request.

Users may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before closing the account. For any valid balance remaining after closure, BD Bajy will arrange a refund.

8Limitation of Liability

BD Bajy is not responsible for the following:

• Game or betting sessions interrupted due to internet connectivity issues.
• Errors caused by third-party software or hardware.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government directives, etc.).
• Unauthorized access to an account due to the user's own negligence.

BD Bajy's total liability shall in no event exceed the value of the transaction in question. BD Bajy will not be held responsible for any indirect or consequential damages.

10Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with BD Bajy, please contact our customer support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours.

• Written complaints regarding disputes can be submitted to support@bdbajy.ws.
• BD Bajy will provide an initial response within 7 business days of receiving a complaint.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, independent arbitration may be pursued.
• The applicable law and jurisdiction governing any legal matters arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be determined in accordance with the guidelines of BD Bajy's licensing authority.
